Áth na gCuradh

Áth na gCuradh (Ford of the Warriors) takes its name from a ford crossing a river, historically significant enough to bear the names of warriors or heroes. The townland lies in Ballingarry, Coshlea Barony, in southern County Limerick, within the ancient territory of the Ui Fidgeinte.
