Ardachadh

Ardagh, whose name derives from Árd Achadh (high field), has ancient roots predating Christianity. Ardagh Mountain, known in Irish tradition as Brí Leith, was believed to be a pre-Christian sacred site associated with Midir of the Tuatha De Danann.
