Strongbow's Cap

Strongbow's Cap is a coastal archaeological site located near Carnivan Beach in south-west County Wexford, within the Hook Peninsula. The site is named after Strongbow, the Norman military commander Richard de Clare, 2nd Earl of Pembroke, who led the Anglo-Norman invasion of Ireland.
