Kinlough Abbey and Castle

Kinlough Abbey and Castle are located on opposite sides of the Black River. The church dates to around the 13th century, and is now roofless, with its south wall collapsed. It is believed the collapse was due to the building’s positioning on the edge of a steep drop.
